My teaching approach in the Pilates technique is based on the contemporary system of the American Academy of Body Arts and Science International – BASI Pilates. My classes are open to everyone, regardless of gender, age and physical condition. Through seamless cooperation with my students, every exercise program is designed according to their individual needs and goals.

New to Pilates?

The Pilates Technique takes its name from Joseph Pilates. Back in the 1920’s a German-born man, émigré to America, devised the Pilates method as a new approach to exercise and body-conditioning. Nowadays, Pilates has grown to be one of the best-known fitness systems worldwide. It is a body conditioning technique designed to improve:
